14. Department of Mental Health Lease Amendment\nRecommendation: Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute a\nproposed amendment to a Lease with Nampco, LLC, a Limited Liability\nCorporation (Landlord), for the Department of Mental Health's (DMH’s)\ncontinued use of office space located at 5860 Uplander Way, Culver City\n(2), to provide up to $325,000 of additional Tenant Improvement (TI) funds\nto be paid by DMH for a new total County TI contribution of $2,718,905,\nwith the additional TI cost proposed to be paid in one lump sum payment,\n100% funded with State and Federal funding sources, execute any other\nancillary documentation necessary to effectuate the increased funding and\ntake actions necessary and appropriate to implement the authorization\nprovided above; and find that the proposed lease amendment is exempt\nfrom the California Environmental Quality Act.
