44. Gotham Consulting Services Contract\nRecommendation: Approve and instruct the Chair to execute a contract with\nPat V. Mack, Inc., for the provision of Gotham Consulting Services\n(Services) for the Department's Gotham software platform located at the\nJoint Regional Intelligence Center, for an initial term of three years, from\nDecember 1, 2023 through November 30, 2026, with two one-year\nextension options; authorize the Sheriff to execute amendments and\nchange notices to the contract to effectuate modifications which do not\nmaterially affect any term of the contract, add new or revised standard\nCounty contract provisions adopted by the Board, as required periodically,\nexercise the option periods, if it is in the best interest of the County,\neffectuate the assignment and delegation/mergers or acquisitions provision\nand terminate the contract, either in whole or in part, by the provision of a\nten-day written notice.
