County Code, Title 22 - Planning and Zoning Amendment\nOrdinance for adoption and approval of Zone Change No.\nRPPL2022002015-(4), a part of Project No. 2022-000727-(4), amending\nCounty Code, Title 22 - Planning and Zoning, Zoning Map for the Los\nNietos-Santa Fe Springs, Norwalk, Southeast Whittier, Sunshine Acres,\nand Whittier Downs Zoned Districts, to ensure consistency with the\nproposed Project’s General Plan Land Use Policy amendments; and certify\nthat the Addendum to the previously certified Housing Element Update\n(Addendum) Final Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR),\nEnvironmental Assessment No. RPPL2022002014-(4), for Project No.\n2022-000727-(4), has been completed in compliance with the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act and reflects the independent judgment and\nanalysis of the County, finding that the Board has reviewed and considered\nthe information contained in the Addendum with the Housing Element\nUpdate Final PEIR prior to adoption of the zone change.
