Temescal Ranch Out Parcels Acquisition Project Excess Funds Grant\nRecommendation: Allocate an amount not to exceed $284,000 in Excess\nFunds, available to the Fifth Supervisorial District, pursuant to the Los\nAngeles County Safe Neighborhood Parks Proposition of 1996, for a grant\nto the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority, for the Temescal\nRanch Out Parcels Acquisition Project (5); authorize the Director of the Los\nAngeles County Regional Park and Open Space District to award a grant\nwhen applicable conditions have been met, and administer the grant as of\nthe date of award and pursuant to guidelines in the Proposition A Grants\nAdministration Manual for Specified, Per Parcel, and Excess Funds\nProjects otherwise, funds shall remain in the Excess Funds account; and\nfind that the proposed actions are not subject to the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act.
