County Code, Title 22 - Planning and Zoning Amendment\nOrdinance for adoption amending County Code, Title 22 - Planning and\nZoning, a part of Project No. 2022-000727-(4), requiring housing\ndevelopments on certain parcels identified in the 2021-2029 Revised\nHousing Element to provide an affordable housing set-aside for very low- or\nlower-income households, pursuant to Government Code Section\n65583.2(c) and (h); certify that the Addendum to the previously certified\nHousing Element Update (Addendum) Final Program Environmental Impact\nReport (PEIR), Environmental Assessment No. RPPL2022002014-(4), for\nProject No. 2022-000727-(4), has been completed in compliance with the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act and reflects the independent judgment\nand analysis of the County, finding that the Board has reviewed and\nconsidered the information contained in the Addendum with the Housing\nElement Update Final PEIR prior to adoption of the ordinance.
