PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR AUBURN AVENUE SEWER MAIN DESIGN\nSERVICES (SABA)\nRECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends Adelanto Public Utility Authority approve the\naward of a Professional Service Agreement (PSA) with Albert A.
