2. Hearing on Ordinance Granting a Proprietary Industrial Gas Pipeline\nFranchise to Air Products and Chemicals, Inc.\nHearing on ordinance for adoption granting a proprietary industrial gas\npipeline franchise to Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., a Delaware\ncorporation (Franchisee), to operate and maintain its industrial gas pipeline\nsystem in the same manner as that system existed and was operated at the\ntime of the operative date of this ordinance, for a period of five years,\nbeginning on November 23, 2023 and expiring on November 22, 2028, with\nthe base annual fee payable to the County by Franchisee to be determined\naccording to a formula contained in Section 2 of the ordinance, and the\nFranchisee will also pay a granting fee of $10,000.
