Yunex LLC Amendment No. 1 & 2 to Contract No. CON 22-08 (Munis CON 1140)\nPresentation by Temo Galvez, Deputy Public Works Director Page 77\nRecommended Action: Staff is requesting City Council:\nApprove Amendment No. 1 to YUNEX LLC Contract No.: CON 22-08 (MUNIS CON 1140) to:\n1. Increase the current contract in the amount of $45,000.00 for a total contract amount of\n$315,000.00, expiring February 14, 2024; and,\nApprove Amendment No. 2 to YUNEX LLC Contract No.: CON 22-08 (MUNIS CON 1140) to:\n1. Extend the contract for an additional two (2) years and five (5) months, beginning February\n15, 2024 through June 30, 2026; and,\n2.
