12. Bridge of Hope Community Housing (BHCH) Site Operator Professional Services\nAgreement with the Los Angeles Centers for Drug and Alcohol Abuse\nRECOMMENDED MOTION:\n1. Approve the Professional Services Agreement with the Los Angeles Centers for\nDrug and Alcohol Abuse (LA CADA) for the period of one year from 4/17/2023 to\n04/17/2024 to provide professional services necessary to operate the BHCH site.\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute, amend, and keep record\nof documents necessary to administer the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Professional\nServices Agreement with LA CADA.\n3. Authorize the Department of Finance to establish all necessary account\nnumbers for the administration of the BHCH Site and create a blanket purchase\norder for LA CADA not to exceed $890,206.29 in administrative fees.
