APPROVAL OF OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY (OTS) GRANT AGREEMENT\nFOR SELECTIVE TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT\nRecommendation: Staff recommends City Council approve the agreements for OTS\nGrant Funding and authorize the Chief of Police and the Finance Director to enter into\nthe agreements with the Office of Traffic Safety in an amount not to exceed $83,040\nin the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024 and add $83,040 of estimated revenues and\nappropriate $83,040 of expenditures as noted in the Staff Report from the OTS Grant\nFund.
