58. Intake Booking Diversion Program Subaward Letter Agreement\nRecommendation: Authorize the Sheriff, as an agent of the County, to execute\na subaward letter agreement with the Center for Court Innovation (CCI), for\nreimbursement of overtime salary costs in an amount not to exceed\n$300,325,for the Department’s participation in the Intake Booking Diversion\n(IBD) Program, effective upon execution through June 30, 2024; authorize the\nSheriff to execute all amendments and modifications to the agreement, as\nnecessary, for effective participation in the IBD Program; authorize the Sheriff\nto execute all required documents including, but not limited to, agreements,\nassurances and certifications, amendments, modifications, extensions, and\npayment requests in future fiscal years as necessary, for the effective\nparticipation in the IBD Program; and approve an appropriation adjustment to\nincrease the Department's Salaries and Employee Benefits and revenue by\n$301,000 for Fiscal Year 2023-24 to be fully offset by revenue from the Center\nfor Court Innovation.
