45. On-Call Surveying, Right-of-Way Engineering, and Related Services for\nFederally and Non-Federally Funded Projects Agreements\nRecommendation: Award and authorize the Director of Public Works to execute\nconsultant services agreements for on-call surveying, right-of-way engineering,\nand related services for Federally and non-Federally funded County projects\nwith Guida Surveying, Inc., Michael Baker International, Inc., MNS Engineers,\nInc., Psomas, and Tetra Tech, Inc., for an aggregate program amount not to\nexceed $20,000,000 for the entire three year term and two one-year extension\noptions, if exercised, commencing upon full execution of the agreements,\nsubject to the State Department of Transportation's conformance review and\napproval; and administer each of the agreements and, at the discretion of the\nDirector, exercise the extension options based upon project demands and the\nlevel of satisfaction with the services provided with no change to the initial\nnot-to-exceed program amount.
