3A. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS\n— This is the portion of the meeting set aside to invite public comments\nregarding any matter within the jurisdiction of the City Council. Public\ncomments are limited to no more than three minutes each. If comments\nrelate to a specific agenda item, those comments will be taken following the\nstaff report for that item and prior to the City Council vote. Those wishing to\nspeak are asked to complete a speaker identification form located at the\ncouncil chamber entrance and place it in the box near the speaker’s lectern.\nThose wishing to speak using the videoconferencing feature are asked to\nraise your hand now by either dialing *9 or the raise hand feature.
