22. Acceptance of the State’s Cannabis Local Jurisdiction Retail Access\nGrant Funding\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Mitchell: Authorize the Director of\nConsumer and Business Affairs, on behalf of the County, to accept and\nexecute a Cannabis Local Jurisdiction Retail Access Grant Agreement,\nincluding any extensions or amendments and any subsequent grant agreement\nin relation thereto, with the California Department of Cannabis Control, with the\nCounty agreeing to comply with the terms and conditions of the grant\nagreement as set forth by the California Department of Cannabis Control; and\nauthorize the Director to apply for future grants, accept and execute grant fund\nagreements for the purposes of supporting the County’s commercial cannabis\nregulatory framework and equity program, with advanced notification to the\nBoard before acceptance of each grant.
