32. Portfolio of Energy Efficiency Programs Agreements\nRecommendation: Accept $583,800,000 from the California Public Utilities\nCommission (CPUC) through Southern California Edison (SCE) and Southern\nCalifornia Gas (SGC) ratepayer funding, for Calendar Years 2024 through\n2031, to implement, continue, and administer the Southern California Regional\nEnergy Network (SoCalREN) Portfolio of energy efficiency programs; and\nauthorize the Director of Internal Services to execute contractual agreements\nwith contractors, community-based organizations, and other public agencies to\nimplement, continue and administer the SoCalREN Portfolio of energy\nefficiency programs, and execute a budgets and funding agreement with SCE\nand SCG, to allow for the disbursement of funds to the County.
