Resolution to Set Aside a Portion of County-Owned Property for Public\nRoad and Highway Purposes in the Unincorporated Community of Agoura\nRecommendation: Find that acceptance into the County Road System a portion\nof County-owned property proposed to be set aside for public road and\nhighway purposes on Mulholland Highway west of Encinal Canyon Road, in the\nunincorporated community of Agoura (3), is necessary for public convenience\npursuant to the California Streets and Highways Code; adopt a resolution to\naccept into the County Road System a portion of County-owned property to be\nset aside for public road and highway purposes for Mulholland Highway west of\nEncinal Canyon Road; authorize the Director of Public Works to record the\ncertified original resolution with the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk; and find\nthat the proposed project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality\nAct.
