A Consideration and possible action to conduct a public hearing to receive\ncomments on the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 CAPER and adopt Resolution\nNo. 23-44 – A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to submit the Fiscal\nYear 2022-2023 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report\n(CAPER) to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Open the public hearing; take testimonial and\ndocumentary evidence; and after considering the evidence, adopt Resolution\nNo. 23-44 with the addition of any public comments received during the Public\nComment period; or 2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this\nitem.
