65. As-Needed Vegetation Management Services Master Agreements\nRecommendation: Approve and authorize the Agricultural Commissioner/\nDirector of Weights and Measures to award and execute 15 Master Agreements\n(MAs) for the provision of as-needed vegetation management services, effective\nupon execution, for an initial term of three years, with two one-year extension\noptions, at an annual aggregate amount not to exceed $2,000,000; execute\nagreements with new vendors as the vendors become qualified throughout the\nterm of the MA through the As-Needed Vegetation Management Services\nRequest for Statement of Qualifications; and execute amendments to all\nagreements to exercise the extension options, execute individual work orders,\nadd, delete, and/or change certain terms and conditions as required under\nFederal or State law or regulation, County policy, and/or the Board, incorporate\nnecessary changes within the scope of work, and suspend or terminate\nagreements for the administrative convenience of the County when vendors\ncease to be in administrative compliance.
