On-Call Haul Truck Services Program Contract\nRecommendation: Approve the funding supplement of $21,450,000 to the\nOn-Call Haul Truck Services Program for five services contracts with MAD\nTransportation, Inc., April's Dispatch, LLC., Titan Disposal Company, Inc., PRS\nLogistics, Inc., and Miranda Logistics Enterprise, Inc., and for the following five\nLocal Small Business Enterprises: Reynaga Transportation, Inc., T&M\nConstruction, ABT Transport and Equipment, Inc., L.A.C. Motor Enterprises,\nInc., and L. Curti Truck and Equipment, to increase the current annual program\namount from $10,000,000 to $19,000,000; approve increasing the annual\nprogram amount for the first, second, and third subsequent renewal option\nyears from $10,000,000 to $13,000,000 each year; find that the services are\nexempt from the California Environmental Quality Act; and authorize the\nDirector of Public Works to take the following related actions: (Department of\nPublic Works) APPROVE\nAnnually increase the program amount up to an additional 10% of the\nprogram amount for unforeseen additional work within the scope of the\ncontracts, if required; and\nExecute amendments for each of the 10 contracts to extend the\nexpiration date to allow for completion of services when those services\nare related to a previously assigned scope of work on a given project and\nnecessary for the completion of that given project.
