Transfer of Surplus 2008 Ford F450 Tactical Response Vehicle Agreement\nRecommendation: Find that the Tactical Response Vehicle is surplus to the\nDistrict Attorney’s fleet needs; authorize the transfer of title for a 2008 Ford\nF450 Tactical Response Vehicle (Vehicle) to the San Gabriel Police\nDepartment, which will store, care for, and make the vehicle available for all law\nenforcement agencies in the County; and authorize the District Attorney to\nexecute a donation agreement with the San Gabriel Police Department to\nprovide for the donation of the surplus Vehicle to complete the transfer of title of\nthe Vehicle.
