89. Services Agreement Amendment\nRecommendation: Acting as the Governing Body of the Consolidated Fire\nProtection District (District), authorize the Fire Chief to execute an amendment\nto an agreement for services between the District and the City of La Habra\n(City) to modify the staffing level within the City due to the closure of Fire\nStation 193, and the reduction of staffing at Fire Station 194 from a four-person\nParamedic Assessment Engine to a three-person Paramedic Assessment\nEngine, effective October 1, 2023; authorize the Fire Chief to make any future\nmodifications to the agreements by mutual agreement of the City and the\nDistrict while maintaining an acceptable level of emergency coverage; and find\nthat these actions are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.\n(Fire Department) APPROVE (23-3093)\nAttachments: Board Letter\nPublic Comment/Correspondence
