1-D. Fiscal Year 2023-24 Supplemental Funds, Funding Agreements and\nAdditional Budget Authority\nRecommendation: Authorize the Executive Director of the Los Angeles County\nDevelopment Authority to execute and/or amend the necessary funding\nagreements with the County for the programs detailed below, to incorporate the\nfunds into the Los Angeles County Development Authority’s (LACDA’s)\napproved Fiscal Year 2023-24 budget; execute an amendment to LACDA’s\nexisting contract with the Housing Rights Center to increase the contract\namount by $792,000, from $720,000 to $1,512,000, using the funds for Fair\nHousing Programs; and execute an amendment to LACDA’s existing contract\nwith the Housing Rights Center to increase the agreement amount by $792,000,\nfrom $720,000 to $1,512,000, using funds for Fair Housing Programs.\nAPPROVE\n$75,000,000 from the Affordable Housing Development Trust Fund\n(AHTF) for the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) to provide capital\nfunding for affordable housing developments and program administration;\n$10,000,000 in AHTF to provide gap funding for affordable housing\nprojects previously approved for NOFA financing;\n$9,945,000 for Fair Housing Programs and Open Doors activities; and\n$540,000 for the Pilot Community Land Trust Partnership Program for\nrehabilitation of affordable housing properties.
