61. Facilities Management Services Contract\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Mental Health to execute a contract\nwith CBRE Managed Services, Inc., for the provision of Facilities Management\nServices at the Jacqueline Avant Children and Family Center (2), effective upon\nBoard approval through June 30, 2026, with up to two one-year extension\noptions thereafter, with an estimated prorated Total Contract Amount (TCA) for\nFiscal Year 2023-24 of $565,000, for each subsequent fiscal year of the\ncontract, the estimated TCA will be $753,000, fully funded by 2011 Realignment\nMental Health and Intrafund Transfers from the Departments of Health Services,\nChildren and Family Services, and Public Health; prepare and execute future\namendments to the contract, revise the boilerplate language, revise the TCA,\nadd, delete, modify, or replace the statement of work, and/or, reflect Federal,\nState, and County regulatory, statutory and/or policy changes provided that the\nCounty’s total payment will not exceed an increase of 10% from the\nBoard-approved TCA, and sufficient funds are available; and terminate the\ncontract in accordance with the termination provisions, including termination for\nconvenience.
