Universal PreKindergarten Mixed Delivery Planning Grant Program\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Public Health to accept and sign a\ngrant award from the California Department of Education (CDE) to support the\nUniversal PreKindergarten Mixed Delivery Planning Grant Program in the\namount of $3,243,104, for the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2026;\nand accept future grant awards and/or amendments that are consistent with the\nrequirements of the grant award that extend the funding periods at amounts to\nbe determined by CDE, reflect revisions to the award’s terms and conditions to\ninclude, but not be limited to the rollover of unspent funds, redirection of funds,\nand/or increase in funding.
