Non-Exclusive License Agreement\nRecommendation: Acting as the Governing Body of the Consolidated Fire\nProtection District (District), authorize the Fire Chief to execute a non-exclusive\nlicense agreement with Oakridge Landscape, Incorporated, for the use of a\nportion of District property on a reimbursable basis in the amount of $16,572\nper year, and a 3% annual increase thereafter, plus utilities; authorize the Fire\nChief to execute amendments, extensions, and modifications to the agreement,\nand enter into other similar non-exclusive license agreements in the future\ninvolving the use of District properties not to exceed $120,000 annually in total\nrent to the District; and find that the proposed actions are exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act.
