57. Paramedic Training Program Affiliation Agreements\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Health Services to execute a\nsuccessor affiliation agreement with El Camino Community College District (4),\nfor the provision of paramedic training through the County’s Paramedic\nTraining Institute, effective upon execution following Board approval through\nJune 30, 2028, with estimated revenue to the County in the amount of\n$502,772; execute a successor affiliation agreement with Long Beach Memorial\nMedical Center (LBMMC) (4), for the provision of Paramedic Pediatric\nEducation Program services at LBMMC, effective upon execution following\nBoard approval through June 30, 2028, with an estimated annual amount of\n$60,582, which is 100% offset by Maddy Emergency Medical Services Funds;\nexecute future amendments to both agreements to approve necessary changes\nto the scope of work, agreement amount, or payments, add, delete, and/or\nchange non-substantive terms and conditions, and add, delete, and/or change\nterms and conditions as mandated by Federal or State law or regulation, and\nCounty policy; and terminate each successor affiliation agreement in\naccordance with the termination provisions of said agreements.
