22. Amendment No. 1 to the Ground Lease between the Whittier Union High\nSchool District and the Department of Parks and for the Joint Use of the\nGreater Whittier Regional Aquatic Center\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Hahn: Authorize the Director of\nParks and Recreation to negotiate and execute an amendment to the Ground\nLease to allow the Whittier Union High School District (District) joint use of the\nGreater Whittier Regional Aquatic Center; execute the amendment with the\nDistrict; and take all further actions necessary and appropriate to implement the\nterms and conditions of the amendment, including to modify terms for\ncompliance with current County insurance provisions over time.
