Enhancing Services to the County’s Unincorporated Areas and Providing\nOnline Resources and Printed Materials for Residents\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Mitchell: Direct the Chief\nExecutive Officer to report back to the Board in writing within 90 days on the\nfollowing:\nRecommendations on a design for a new County website for\nunincorporated area residents that provides municipal services\ninformation offered by the County and County contractors that would\nideally provide information to a resident based on the unincorporated\ncommunity where they live;\nRecommendations for a timeline for the launch of the initial website and\nany upcoming enhancements that will provide additional functionality to\nunincorporated area residents;\nRecommendations on the development of printed materials for\nunincorporated area residents about municipal services in their area and\nother areas of interest that will provide information access to residents\nthat prefer or require printed materials; and\nDevelopment of an outreach plan to help notify unincorporated area\nresidents about this resource so that they can access this information,\nincluding recommendations on how language access will be incorporated\ninto the plan so that the information can reach the County’s diverse\npopulation.
