50. On-Call Environmental Compliance Services Agreements\nRecommendation: Award and authorize the Director of Public Works to execute\nconsultant services agreements with AECOM Technical Services, Inc., Dudek,\nICF Jones & Stokes, Inc., Michael Baker International, Inc., and Psomas, for\non-call environmental compliance services for Federally funded projects\nthroughout the County, for an aggregate program amount not to exceed\n$17,500,000 across all five agreements for the entire three-year term, plus two\none-year extension options, if exercised; and administer the agreements, and at\nthe discretion of the Director, exercise the extension options based upon project\ndemands and the level of satisfaction with the services provided, with no change\nto the initial contract amount.
