Printing Services Contracts\nRecommendation: Authorize the Executive Director of the Los Angeles County\nDevelopment Authority to execute contracts with California Printing Consultants,\nLithotechs, Inc., and Unique Image, Inc. for the provision of printing services\nfor the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA), each for a\none-year term, in an aggregate annual compensation not to exceed $300,000,\nusing funds included in LACDA’s approved Fiscal Year 2023-24 budget;\nexecute amendments to the contracts to extend the term for a maximum of four\nadditional years, in one-year increments, with an aggregate annual\ncompensation of up to $300,000, using funds to be included in LACDA’s annual\nbudget approval process; and execute amendments to the contracts to modify\nthe scope of work and fee schedule, increase the annual compensation by up\nto 10% as needed for unforeseen costs, and if necessary, terminate the\ncontracts for convenience.
