Resolution of Summary Vacation in Portions of the Santa Susana Trail\nRecommendation: Find that the portions of the easements for multi-use trail\npurposes for the Santa Susana Pass Trail in the unincorporated community of\nTwin Lakes (5), have been superseded by relocation, there are no other public\nfacilities located within the easements, can be vacated, and are not useful as a\nnonmotorized transportation facility, pursuant to the California Streets and\nHighways Code; adopt a Resolution of Summary Vacation of Portions of the\nSanta Susana Pass Trail, pursuant to the California Streets and Highways\nCode; authorize the Director of Public Works to record the certified original\nresolution with the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk; and find that the proposed\nproject is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
