41. Colonel Leon H. Washington Park, Athens Park and Atlantic Avenue Park\nRestroom Projects\nRecommendation: Approve the revised project scopes and total project budgets\nfor three capital projects, as detailed below located in the City of Los Angeles (1\nand 2); approve an appropriation adjustment in the amount of $1,035,000 by\nappropriating $1,035,000 in grant revenue from the California Department of\nParks and Recreation through the Proposition 68, California Drought, Water,\nParks, Climate, Coastal Protection and Outdoor Access for All Act of 2018,\nRecreational Infrastructure Revenue Enhancement Grant Program, to fully fund\nthe proposed projects; authorize the Director of Parks and Recreation to deliver\nthe proposed projects through Board-approved Job Order Contracts; and find\nthat the proposed projects are exempt from the California Environmental Quality\nAct: (Department of Parks and Recreation) APPROVE 4-VOTES\n$1,648,000 from a previously adopted budget of $1,203,000 for the\nColonel Leon H. Washington Park Restroom Replacement Project,\nCapital Project (CP) No. 87844;\n$1,108,000 from a previously adopted budget of $768,000 for the Athens\nPark New Restroom Project, CP No. 67001; and\n$1,136,000 from a previously adopted budget of $886,000 for the Atlantic\nAvenue Park New Restroom Project, CP No. 69990.
