40. Parcel 132S Lease Amendment\nRecommendation: Consent to the proposed assignment of the Parcel 132S\nLease in Marina del Rey (2) to CRESCENDO PACIFIC MARINA LLC, a\nDelaware limited liability company; authorize the Director of Beaches and\nHarbors to execute any consents, estoppels, and related documentation,\nnecessary to effectuate the assignment of the Parcel 132S lease; approve and\ninstruct the Chair to sign an amendment to the lease for Parcel 132S to\nadditionally include compliance with the County's Labor Peace Policy and the\nPrevailing Wage laws, an additional remedy permitting the County to seek\nspecific performance against LAACO, LTD, a California limited partnership\n(Lessee) in the event the Lessee fails to properly maintain and repair the\nproject’s improvements, and an increase in the general liability insurance\ncoverage limits; and find that the proposed actions are exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act.
