49. On-Call Project Management and Related Services for Projects\nManagement Division III Federally Funded Projects Agreements\nRecommendation: Award and authorize the Director of Public Works to execute\nconsultant services agreements with AECOM Technical Services, Inc., Jacobs\nProject Management Co., and PMCS Group Inc., for the on-call project\nmanagement and related services for Project Management Division III Federally\nfunded projects throughout the County, commencing upon execution by the\nCounty, after obtaining the State Department of Transportation’s review of the\nfinancial documents, with an initial term of three years, with two one-year\nextension options, for a total contract term of five years, and a total aggregate\namount not to exceed $24,000,000, across all three agreements, for the\nfive-year term; and exercise the extension options based upon project demands\nand level of satisfaction with services provided.
