Claims Verification Program Agreement\nRecommendation: Adopt a resolution authorizing the District Attorney to enter\ninto an agreement with the State Victim Compensation Board to continue the\nadministration of the revolving fund for the Victims of Crime Program during the\nperiod of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026, to pay funeral/burial expenses\nfor families of victims of crime and pay relocation costs for victims of domestic\nviolence and or/sexual assault; and serve as Project Director for the Revolving\nFund Agreement, sign and approve revisions, amendments and extensions that\ndo not increase the Net County Cost of the agreement, and terminate for\nconvenience, when it is in the best interest of the County.
