Sale of Surplus Real Property in the City of Burbank\nRecommendation: Acting as the Governing Body of the County Flood Control\nDistrict (District), find that the fee interest in Parcel 52EXF related to Burbank\nWestern System Burbank Channel, in the City of Burbank (5), is surplus and\nno longer required for the purposes of the District, and is exempt surplus land\nunder the provisions of the Surplus Land Act; approve the project, which is the\nsale of Parcel 52EXF related to Burbank Western System Burbank Channel\nfrom the District to the adjacent property owners, Mr. Christopher DiLeo and\nMs. Carla Schwam, Trustees of The Schwam DiLeo Family Trust (Trustees);\ninstruct the Chair to sign a quitclaim deed and authorize delivery to the\nTrustees; and find that the proposed project is exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act.
