Imposing Liens on Certain Parcels of Real Property for Unpaid Business\nRegistration Taxes and Penalties (All Wards) p. 1377\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino, California:\n1. Conduct a public hearing to receive public comment on the matter; and\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 2023­127 of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San\nBernardino, California, imposing liens on certain parcels of real property for unpaid\nbusiness registration taxes and penalties; and\n3. Direct the Agency Director of Administrative Services to remove any properties from\nthe Business Registration Lien List (Exhibit A to the Resolution) which are resolved\nprior to the hearing.\nITEMS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR FUTURE MEETINGS
