AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\nADVANTEC CONSULTING ENGINEERS FOR THE PREPARATION OF PLANS,\nSPECIFICATIONS, AND ENGINEER’S ESTIMATES FOR THE CITYWIDE SIGNALIZED\nINTERSECTIONS UPGRADE PROJECT (FUNDING SOURCE: MEASURE M FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement\nwith Advantec Consulting Engineers for the preparation of plans,\nspecifications, and engineer's estimates for the Citywide Traffic Signal\nImprovements Project in the amount of $58,780, and authorize a ten percent\ncontingency in the amount of $5,878, for a total not-to-exceed amount of\n$64,658; and\nB.
