13.1 A Public Hearing to Consider and Adopt a Resolution Levying the Fiscal Year 2023-\n2024 Citywide Sewer Assessment Upon Each Real Property Parcel Connected to the\nCity’s Sewer and Directing that the Same be Added to the Los Angeles County Auditor-\nController’s Office Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Property Tax Roll.\nRECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Open the public hearing;\n2. Receive brief presentation of City staff and pose questions to City staff;\n3. Receive public comment, if any;\n4. Close the public hearing; and\n5.
