87. Southern California Gas Company Gas Pipeline Franchise Ordinance\nAmendment\nOrdinance for adoption amending the gas pipeline franchise granted by\nOrdinance No. 6765, as amended, to Southern California Gas Company, a\nCalifornia corporation, to extend the term of the franchise for six months,\nthrough December 31, 2023; the franchisee will also pay a one-time granting\nfee of $5,000 in accordance with the terms of the ordinance; and separately,\nthe County and Franchisee will be extending the term of a supplemental\nagreement to implement a coordinated program for graffiti prevention and the\nremoval of graffiti from Franchisee's above-ground facilities located in the\nCounty right-of-way.
