75. Pratt & Whitney Engine Services, Inc. Sole Source Contract\nRecommendation: Acting as the Governing Body of the Consolidated Fire\nProtection District (District), approve and instruct the Fire Chief to execute a\ncontract between the District and Pratt & Whitney Engine Services, Inc., to\nprovide repair, overhaul, and exchange services for the District’s PT6T-3 Series\nengines, Bell 412 helicopter engines and engine accessories, effective July 1,\n2023, or upon Board approval, whichever date is later; authorize the maximum\nannual amount of $1,500,000 for the contract, including an initial term of five\nyears, and two additional one-year extension options, not to exceed a total\npossible contract term of seven years; authorize the Fire Chief to execute\namendments, suspensions, or termination if deemed necessary; and find that\nthe contract is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
