69. Final Tract Map in the Unincorporated Community of Santa Monica\nMountains\nRecommendation: Approve the final map for Tract No. 71735 and adopt a\nresolution to initiate proceedings to create a new sewer maintenance district\nservicing the real property for Tract No. 71735, commonly referred to as Malibu\nInstitute, located in the unincorporated community of Santa Monica Mountains\n(3); find that the proposed subdivision compiles with the applicable\nrequirements and conditions imposed pursuant to the State Subdivision Map Act\nand the County Subdivision Ordinance and is in substantial conformance with\nthe Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 71735, previously approved by the Board\non August 19, 2014; find that division and development of the property, in the\nmanner set forth on the approved tentative map for this subdivision, will not\nunreasonably interfere with the free and complete exercise of any rights of way\nor easements owned by any public entity and/or public utility in accordance\nwith the State Subdivision Map Act, and accept grants and dedications as\nindicated on the final map for Tract No. 71735; and find that the proposed\nactions are either not a project, or are exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act.
