Behavioral Therapy Services Contract\nRecommendation: Authorize the Interim Chief Probation Officer to execute a\ncontract with Alcoholism Center for Women, Inc and Fuller Life Concepts in an\nestimated annual amount of $220,000, commencing upon execution by the\nInterim Chief Probation Officer, for a one-year initial term to provide Cognitive\nBehavioral Therapy Services; execute contract modifications to extend the\ncontract term for up to six additional one-year periods, for any decrease or\nincrease to the hourly rates, and to the period of performance pursuant to the\nterms of the contract, not to exceed 180 days; and approve non-material,\ntechnical, and administrative changes to the contract, necessary changes to the\nscope of service, and if necessary, termination of the contract, in whole or in\npart.
