84. Fuel Dispensing and Storage Equipment Inspection, Compliance, and\nRepair Services Master Agreements\nRecommendation: Authorize the Sheriff to execute Master Agreements (MAs),\nsubstantially similar to the Model Master Agreement, with qualified vendors to\nprovide fuel dispensing and storage equipment inspection, compliance, and\nrepair services on an as-needed basis, commencing upon execution by the\nSheriff, and terminating four years from the date the Board approves the Model\nMaster Agreement, with four one-year extension options; and execute change\norders and amendments to the MAs to effectuate modifications which do not\nmaterially affect any term of the MAs, add new or revised standard County\ncontract provisions adopted by the Board as required periodically, exercise\nextension options, effectuate the assignment and delegation/mergers or\nacquisitions provision, and terminate the MAs, either in whole or in part, by the\nprovision of a ten-day written notice.
