3-D. Transfer Ownership of Property Located at the Intersection of East 118th\nStreet and Holmes Avenue to the County of Los Angeles\nRecommendation: Find that the 14 parking lot parcels located at the intersection\nof East 118th Street and Holmes Avenue in Los Angeles (Property) (2), are not\nrequired for use by the Los Angeles County Development Authority and find\nthat the Property being transferred to the County is exempt surplus land, and\ntherefore, not subject to the requirements for the disposition of surplus land\npursuant to the California Surplus Land Act; authorize the Executive Director to\ntransfer ownership of the Property, identified as Assessor Parcel Numbers:\n6149-017-914 to 917, 919 to 920, 922 to 924, 927, 929, 940, 945 and 946, on a\ngratis basis, via quitclaim deed to the County; execute any necessary\nagreements and take all other actions necessary for and consistent with the\nforegoing actions; and find that the proposed action is exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act.
