County of Los Angeles, et al., in the\namount of $250,000, and instruct the Interim Auditor-Controller to draw a\nwarrant to implement this settlement from the Department of Public Works'\nbudget.\nThis dangerous condition lawsuit against the Department of Public Works\nalleges plaintiff suffered injuries after his bicycle was struck by a vehicle on\nMeyer Road in an unincorporated area of South Whittier.
