61. Olive View-UCLA Medical Center Central Plant Retrofit Project Contract\nRecommendation: Approve the Olive View-UCLA Medical Center Senate Bill\n1953 Compliance Project (3), Capital Project No. 87562, with a total project\nbudget of $13,000,000 for Phase I; establish and approve the Olive View\nMedical Center Central Plant Retrofit Project, Capital Project No. 87589, with a\ntotal project budget of $21,242,000 for Phase I; approve the Fiscal Year (FY)\n2022-23 appropriation adjustment to allocate $3,370,000 from the Department\nof Health Services' (DHS) Enterprise Fund-Committed for DHS to fund the\nestimated FY 2022-23 expenditures for the Olive View Medical Center Central\nPlant Retrofit Project; authorize the Director of Public Works to deliver Phase I\nof the proposed projects using Board-approved Job Order Contracts; and find\nthat the proposed Olive View Medical Center Central Plant Retrofit Project is\nexempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and that the Olive\nView-UCLA Medical Center Senate Bill 1953 Compliance Project is within the\nscope of the previous finding of exemption for the project under CEQA.\n(Department of Public Works) APPROVE 4-VOTES (23-2301)\nAttachments: Board Letter\nPublic Comment/Correspondence
