25. Payment to Prefund the CALPERS Pension Obligation of the Los Angeles\nMemorial Coliseum Commission\nExecutive Officer of the Board’s recommendation: Find that the proposed action\nis not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act because it is an\nactivity that is excluded from the definition of a project by Section 21065 of the\nPublic Resources Code and Section 15378(b) of the California Environmental\nQuality Act State Guidelines for the reasons stated herein; approve a one-time\npayment by the County in an amount up to $1,461,022 towards satisfying the\nCounty's equal share of the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum Commission’s\nCalPERS pension obligation subject to the commitment of the other member\nagencies to pay their equal share.
