Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated July 24, 2023, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 934 North Everett Street (Case No. 784305), Assessor I.D. No. 5406-017-026, from the REAP.
