(PermiTech Solutions Corporation) for Provision of Wireless\nCommunications Professional Consulting Services\nRecommendation: Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute\nAmendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Telecom\nLaw Firm, P.C. for provision of wireless communications professional consulting\nservices. Approval of Amendment No. 1 would assign the Agreement to\nPermiTech Solutions Corporation, a subsidiary of Telecom Law Firm, P.C, with\nno change of the current contract amount.
